I was directed to Luxemark by our GC, Troy Quiller for our master bathroom remodel. Right off the bat I received excellent customer service. Due to my work schedule I was pressed for time and Mike held the doors open for me on a Friday afternoon! From the moment you walk in, you will be treated as if you are family. Being a dog lover, I was especially excited to be greeted by their four legged friend. Mike sat down with me (after introducing me to his team) and gave me a run down on what they offer. In an effort to give me some layout ideas we walked over to the whiteboard and he handed me the marker to try and illustrate my vision. I am an interior designer and was excited to bounce ideas off of each other (given the space and expense restrictions we had). After we picked the winning layout, we selected style and color. Throughout the ordering process and into the installation, Mike was available to answer any questions. Communication is key with any construction or renovation project and you will not have to worry about someone dropping the ball at Luxemark. We are very pleased with the finished product and I can’t wait to send him photos.

LuxeMark was a pleasure to work with! They are extremely knowledgable about all the parts and pieces of the cabinetry business (and there are a lot!). My husband and I had them design the layout and supply the cabinetry for our kitchen remodel. We could not have been more pleased with how the entire process worked out. Their installer showed up when he was scheduled to (which often does not happen in the world of construction) and did an excellent job. I was amazed by what he was able to do to make everything work correctly, even when the walls, floor and ceiling in our old house were not perfectly level. We were very happy with the quality of the cabinetry and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for kitchen/bath design & cabinetry… you will not be disappointed!

LuxeMark is a wonderful vendor to work with! All of the homes we build are custom and the clients expect to have a say in all aspects of the building process. Chelsea & Mike make this part easy! The cabinetry they sell is very high quality and we are always pleased with their design and installation. They walk through every step of the process/options with us and our clients to make sure everyone is on the same page in terms of what the clients can expect. Our company builds in the Lake Gaston area (about 1.5 hours away from LuxeMark)… even though we are farther away than most all of their other clients, they still make it a priority to come to every job site to layout the kitchen/bathroom on-site prior to installation and then again after the job is completed to make sure everything is up to their high standards. We could not be happier with LuxeMark and would recommend them to any builder/homeowner looking for quality cabinetry.

LuxeMark provided the cabinetry for our kitchen overhaul a few years ago. Their work then was outstanding. Recently, we had an issue with some hinges and notwithstanding the time that had passed since the original installation, they did not hesitate to replace the hinges promptly and without charge. This is customer service par excellence! We unhesitatingly recommend LuxeMark for cabinetry needs.

We worked with LuxeMark after we had some major water damage to our old kitchen. They did an absolutly fantastic job taking us through all the decisions we had to make about cabinet styles, hardware, granite, and even helped use re-layout the replacement cabinets so we could better use the space in the kitchen.

Their construction team did a fantastic job. We had some of the normal problems when you put in new cabinets like scratches and dings and they were so easy to work with to get all of them resolved. All we had to do was point out what we weren’t happy with and they made it right.

We love our new kitchen and would recommend LuxeMark to anyone looking to design and build a new kitchen.
